Welfare One Clinical

Welfare monitoring with vital sign detection and intelligence.

Welfare One Clinical extends the Welfare One Core platform with continuous, contactless monitoring of breathing rate, heart rate, and personal baseline change. Same hardware. Extended capabilities.

What Clinical adds

Core, with a clinical layer.

Welfare One Clinical isn't a different product. It's the same platform, with vital-signs intelligence layered on top of everything Core already does.

Foundation

Welfare One Core

Presence, movement, pattern-aware alerting, welfare check workflow, compliance reporting. The complete welfare monitoring platform, available today.

Clinical extension

Continuous breathing rate

Per-person breathing rate measured continuously, without contact.

Continuous heart rate

Per-person heart rate from the same sensor, measured continuously.

Personal baseline learning

The platform learns each person's normal range over time.

Change against baseline

A single score that quantifies how today compares to typical.

Vital-signs-aware alerts

Alert logic that combines vital signs with movement and presence.

Trend visualisation

Vital signs over hours and days, on the same dashboard staff already use.

Privacy by design

No cameras. No microphones. No wearables.

Welfare One uses ultra-wideband radar, harmless low-power radio waves that detect the smallest micro-movements in a room, including movements too small to see with the naked eye. From these micro-movements alone, the platform delivers what previously took several separate pieces of specialist equipment.

It captures no images. It records no audio. It stores no biometric identifier. Privacy isn't a setting. It's a structural property of how the platform was built.

Pattern identification

Earlier signals.
Earlier prompts.

Vital signs measured continuously over time produce something a single reading cannot — a personal baseline against which today's signals can be compared. Patterns that drift from that baseline are visible before they reach the thresholds that trigger a manual response.

Welfare One Clinical is designed to identify those patterns and surface them to staff as early prompts. The earlier the prompt, the more time staff have to look, to ask, to act.

Baseline learned

The platform observes each person's typical signals over time, building a baseline that's specific to them.

Deviation detected

A pattern of change appears against that baseline, before any single threshold is crossed.

Staff prompted

A plain-English prompt appears in the dashboard. The clinical judgement stays with staff.

Pattern identification is a future capability. Specific predictive claims will be made only where supported by clinical evidence.

Upgrade in place

Already running Welfare One Core?

When Clinical approval is obtained, your existing deployment becomes Clinical-ready through a backend configuration change. No hardware swap. No rewire. No install team back on site. The sensor on the ceiling and the server in the rack already support it.

Be first to deploy Welfare One Clinical.

Register interest and we'll keep you informed as Clinical moves through approval. Existing Core deployments will upgrade in place when the time comes.
